This restaurant is originator of “THE OKOZE course” in Omishima that we can taste all about OKOZE.

You can order individually from à la carte, too.

They gets fresh fishes directly from local fisherman.

Especially, gourmet fish in SHIMANAMI, “OKOZE” & “AKOH” are highly recommended by chef !!

He has over 30 year-experience & his technique for Sashimi is AWSOME.
