大三島は、しまなみ海道のほぼ中心にある、愛媛と広島の県境の島。サイクリング初心者の方や、ゆったりとしまなみを楽しまれたい方であれば、今治か尾道から1日かけてちょうどたどり着けるあたりです。

Omishima is an island on the prefectural border between Ehime and Hiroshima, located almost in the center of the Shimanami Kaido. If you are new to cycling or want to relax and enjoy Shimanami, you can reach it from Imabari or Onomichi in a day.
